Our traditional brewery in Interlaken continues to build on an over 150-year history, is 100% independent and family owned.
We produce numerous beers as well as the famous Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky. Our product range also includes the Swiss Crystal Gin trilogy and a selection of fine wines.
An around two-hour guided tour will lead you through all stages of production. This is followed by a beer or Mountain Twister aperitif and the opportunity to "talk shop" with our visitor advisors.
